Ok, y'all. I need your help. Most of you know that we decided to put our house up for rent when we left LA. I don't know if it's common knowledge, but it has still not rented!! If anyone, I mean anyone, knows someone who would like to rent a house, please let me know! The specs on the house are:
1,114 sq. ft.
3 bedroom
2 bath
ceramic in entryways, bathrooms and kitchen
carpet in the rest
garden tub in master bath
rent (at the moment) $1100

I know that it is a small house, but it's perfect for a family/couple just starting out or a single person. We have already lowered the rent twice. We are using Coldwell Banker as the rental agency, so if there are any problems with the property someone will promptly attend to it. Please, everyone, rack your brain to think of anyone who might be interested. Thank you sooo very much!

What school district is your house in? I have a friend moving here from Abilene that is looking to rent. Also, how long of a lease do you have to sign? THANK YOU! :) Your house is SO nice, I can't believe it hasn't rented yet.
Whenever we move (and we move alot) I always look at 2 rental websites. They are both tailored to military.

I have found 2 places we have lived at the second site. I figure they cost to list (I would highly recommend you include pictures) but it's better than having the house empty.
On a side note make sure you have all your rental info for taxes (I'm a tax preparer). Let me know if you have any questions.
How about the Eastwood new Youth pastor? I know his house hasn't sold yet wherever it is, and he might need a rental, I know they're commuting back and forth..
